Anonymous: The instructor was very knowledgeable about the IRB. However, there was no structure to the class. It would be nice if there was a set curriculum or overview about how to submit common documents or findings to the IRB such as a new protocol, an amended protocol, or a continuing review. It would be helpful also to hear common problems people run into with the IRB. This was more of a question and answer session rather than a bonafide course.

Anonymous: The instructors were great, so helpful. However there was no real structure to the class, they basically asked people if they had questions when I believe we all thought it was going to be more a of class teaching processes. If they want it question based they should definitely ask participants a few days before to come up with questions!

Cheryl C: There were people with different levels of experience in the class and the instructors were great in asking each of us if we had anything specific we wanted more info on or if we came to the class with any specific questions we had. It wasn't an "IRB for Dummies" course, which is what I needed because I have absolutely no knowledge about IRB's, but I definitely gained a better understanding of the process and developed a comfort level working around the program. That said, I think a separate introductory class for beginners that goes step by step through the process would be really beneficial, and the instructors did say they are willing to do a 1-hour on-site class, which we will definitely take them up on! This was a very informative course and the instructors were great!

Tenzin D: It was a course really designed for people who already have some experience with Insight. For the beginners, it was hard to follow. May be for the next session, develop an organized, step by step, tutorial on the the big projector just like we did a few minutes at the end of class.
