MED Hospital Medicine Faculty Development

Hospital medicine clinicians encompass a diverse background of clinicians including certified NPs, PAs and physicians. This course offers training to assist with onboarding and orienting hospital medicine clinicians to the variety of systems of care offered at MGH to assist with the frontline care of patients demonstrating acute clinical deterioration. An emphasis of this course includes standardization of frontline assessment and care in the first moments of clinical deterioration, and identification of care teams and systems available to assist with efficient care delivery.
