Anonymous: While I learned some interesting bits of information, the name of the session suggested that this was going to be a discussion group, rather than a lecture or a lesson. I wish there had been more time allotted for the CRCs to speak to each other and actually discuss issues instead of the facilitators speaking to us. It would have been nice to have more time to get to know other CRCs. If this were to happen in the future, it could be helpful to either rename the event and clarify that this was going to be more of a Q&A or lecture instead of a discussion, or dedicate more time for the CRCs to speak, discuss, and get to know each other. If it is going to be a Q&A or a lecture, it could also be helpful to invite CRCs in related groups (for example, CRCs that work in the inpatient unit vs outpatient, or some other criteria) in order for the Q&A to be more relevant to the CRC's job. If it is going to be a discussion however, it would be nice to have people from all different departments so people can meet new CRCs. I definitely wanted time to meet other CRCs and share experiences and advice with one another.

Anonymous: It would be helpful to have time allotted to meet and network with other coordinators to learn about other studies at MGH, share advice, etc. The instructors were extremely knowledgeable (thank you!), but it felt more like a lesson from 3 people on how we should be conducting research, rather than a discussion group.
