This interactive course will engage participants from different perspectives on non-technical skills education; short didactic sessions to learn the science and psychology of OR team behavior, video analysis to identify and reflect on non-technical skills in the operating room, small group discussion for peer learning, hands-on experience with assessment tools, and discussion panels with thought leaders.
