At the conclusion of this lecture, participants will be able to:
- Assess their personal mentoring, coaching, and leadership style.
- Identify common mentoring mistakes and how to avoid them
- Apply techniques for establishing trust and psychological safety in mentoring, coaching, and leadership relationships

Facilitated by Laurie K. Baedke, MHA, FACHE, FACMPE, a faculty member and Director of Healthcare Leadership Programs at Creighton University. She works with individuals and teams including early careerists, physician leaders, and senior executives. She has specific expertise in physician practice management, leadership development, organizational change, emotional intelligence, and strengths based leadership.
