Anonymous: Very thorough and understandable introduction to imputation, as well as meta-analysis as used in GWAS. Analysis section was a review of basic statistics which may have been better placed in a different course - for GWAS lecture, could focus on the common reporting of associations (ORs, p values, standard error) and some unique features of this in genetics (e.g. how to adjust for multiple testing).
Overall, though, a very helpful lecture.
