This four-session course provides a practical introduction to qualitative research for clinical researchers who are interested in developing a qualitative research project. Course topics include:
1. Overview of study designs, sampling, instrument development and qualitative research standards
2. Selecting a qualitative research study design, recruitment strategy and sample size
3. Developing a qualitative research instrument (e.g., interview guide)
4. Analyzing qualitative research data
