Community outreach simulation offers interactive medical simulation to the public to provide greater transparency into common patient conditions and the medical management that occur frequently during hospitalization. By engaging the public in "hands-on" medical simulation, the program aims to improve the biomedical literacy of the community, which will improve shared decision-making between the community and clinical care providers.
