This course will review the steps for developing an industry sponsored - clinical trial budget, describe direct costs, indirect costs, professional and technical fees, discuss the role of a Medicare Coverage Analysis and review the MGH budget approval process highlighting the role of the Partners Clinical Trials Office (CTO).
