Jessica T: Loved it! The instructor was very relatable and provided excellent advice, tools, and suggestions. She engaged very well with the audience. I appreciated the fact that she shared personal experience (her way of training new hires) and also letting us see the different materials she uses for her team. Looking forward to applying what I learn soon!
