Justine S: I would prefer to hear more from Partners and less from the Vendor. The vendor was knowledgeable and helpful, but I didn't need to hear the nitty gritty details of how to do each task. I more wanted a comprehensive view of what the program allows above and beyond current systems, given that I have not yet decided to switch.
